The rate for The Gatehouse is $325 per night.

Extra guest rate: $65 (maximum one extra guest)

Your rate is for sole and exclusive use of The Gatehouse one bedroom cottage.

The tariff quoted is in $NZ and includes 15% Goods and Service Tax (G.S.T.) Check the exchange rate.

We accept cash, all major credit cards or direct credit.

Cancellation policy

As The Gatehouse is available for single party bookings only, any cancellations have a big impact on us. Therefore, if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 30, 14 or less than 7 days prior to the first nights stay a cancellation charge will apply.

30 days: 25% forfeit of total stay
14 days: 50% forfeit of total stay
7 days: 100% forfeit of total stay.
